Conceived through a close collaboration between Natalia Lerman Design and Sojourn Design-Build, the home has been recognized by Architectural Digest Russia and Casa Vogue Brazil.

Designed to function both as a private retreat and a high-end vacation rental, the interiors balance mid-century modern clarity with warmth and restraint. An open-concept great room anchors the home, centered around a floating Malm fireplace and crowned by a custom white oak–paneled ceiling. The kitchen is tailored for serious cooking and gathering, featuring a walnut-clad island topped with Carrara marble, while adjacent living spaces invite connection to the dramatic coastal landscape beyond.  Amenities extend the experience of retreat: a boutique spa and gym, a custom cedar steam sauna, and thoughtfully layered materials create a sense of ease, comfort, and quiet luxury—designed to both ground and elevate life above the coast.
